Are you aware of the extent to which many advances in software have redefined hospitality and air travel as you used to know them in recent years? Most responsible is New Jersey’s own Mr Nicholas Bredimus. His CV covers effort-saving computer software, air safety improvements, and he’s even involved in designing high value homes. He’s brought remarkable energy to any and all areas, too. His family history tells you everything you might need to know regarding his talents and the amount he has done. With roots back to classical times, Nicholas’ lineage ties in with many parts of Europe. From his mother’s side he can boast Scottish and German origins. The paternal line, in contrast, were born in England and Luxembourg, from where they ultimately migrated in the late 1800s. Naturally, following emigration to America, the family retained its drive and zeal to rise in the world. Nicholas, along with his six siblings, was born to a father who worked as a mechanical design engineer and a mother who was a practicing nurse. He would live for many years in homes across several states; Texas, Arizona, Missouri and Virginia. Nicholas has stepped up to the challenge of prestigious posts for companies across the airline industry - the bulk of them acclaimed names. Nicholas ascended to the post of vice president with corporations like Hughes Airwest, Trans World Airlines (TWA), and Republic Airlines. An inventive programmer, his innovations in airline software are arguably his best regarded legacy.

He is certainly most recognized for a US Airways project, crafting airplane upkeep computer programs, destined to become the “old reliable” for much of the industry. He went on to create several other pieces of software for the hotel and airline industries as well, among them automatic software for handling airline bookings, used by fifty or more firms, not to mention his innovative room reservation software using Windows used by the hotel sector, the rollout for which took place at more than seven hundred hostelries. He went on to produce QuikTix, the first automatic ticketing network. He has also served in several capacities entirely unconnected to software development, keep in mind. In his own firm, overseeing IT for American Express, and as the inaugural president of AMR Travel Services his performance speaks for itself.

Having withdrawn from the posts which first gave him fame, his capabilities are nonetheless still in demand. He is now involved in the architectural matters bound up in the development of hi tech luxurious homes. The tireless zeal we’ve highlighted above just won’t be toned down.
