Northamptonshire is due to have a new tenant shortly. The RPS group has acquired a 5 year lease that will enable 43 of the 120 employees to move to this region. The New Castle Science and Technology Park is currently run by the Fasset.

The RPS group will be moving into a 6,100 sq. ft shared office property in the Grafton building. This new wing of the RPS group started in summer 2009.

Currently this form has a total of 210 employees that are spread over 13 companies. They have a total of 170,000 sq. ft of commercial property that houses an office space, lab services and even a manufacturing space.

Fasset signed a refurbishment contract with the RPS group to set up the building with modern amenities. They were asked to do this in order to allow businesses to avail of the vacant spaces in the premise.

After the Oclaro award, Fasset renovated the Grafton building and renovated a floor to be able to support the additional weight of the shelf storage space.

Fasset accounts manager, Mitch Avis stated that the company was able to lease the office space to the RPS group as they were confident in the fact that their business was flourishing well enough to procure funds to expand.
