Thoughts Become Things

We are where we are, because of our thoughts in the past. Thoughts become things. We consciously or subconsciously always think about something. The problem is that we usually think more about things we don’t want, than about the things we want. It doesn’t matter if we want or don’t want something, we’ll get what we mostly think about.

Try to observe your thoughts for a day or two. Do you mostly think about the things that you worry about, you don’t want them to happen, you are afraid of, or do you mostly think about pleasant and wonderful things?

Your present situation is the result of your predominant state of mind in the past. And you are creating your future now. Your future will be like your predominant state of mind now.

The past is gone. You can’t change it, but if you are dwelling on unhappy past now, you aren’t feeling happy now, and you are creating unhappy future.

Because you’re creating the future now, only the present is important. By having predominantly happy and positive state of mind now, you’re creating your happy and positive future. It’s called the Law of Attraction. You can attract whatever you want in your life: happiness, wealth, perfect health, love and wonderful relationships.

But you can also attract things and situations that you don’t want. Actually we do it sub consciously all the time.

Because you are energy, you are like a magnet; everything is energy, you, your mind and your body. But you can control your body, and you can also control your mind.

Your mind can be your best friend or your worst enemy. If you don’t control your mind and allow it to dwell on negative thoughts and feelings, it’s your worst enemy, because it creates your unhappy future. If you control your mind, it’s your best friend, because it becomes your best friend which will create your great future.

Of course lives of most of the people are a mixture of happiness and unhappiness because of their flickering states of mind. Now, because of knowing and understanding of the law of attraction you can start creating your happy future and be sure that you’ll get what you want in life.

The Law of Attraction is a broad subject and there’s no space in this short report to explain everything. Fortunately there is now more and more information available on the subject of attraction.

Finding Truth

Why Must We Find Truth:

Finding truth can be a very difficult task. We are processing data constantly with news from TV, radio and newspapers. Our government is very creative, daily, in their processing of information that manipulate our opinions in order to pass their agenda. We are bombarded with lies, half-truths, and deceptions from around the world in the name of winning our hearts and minds. Finding truth is a very difficult task, but, if we are to enjoy more peace and freedom it is a task that we must continue.

Success will come when we have a set of truths that are aligned with Universal Law. With this success will come a set of truths that we can utilize with full confidence that our actions will have a positive result. When we take action based on these
truths our actions will create more prosperity, joy, peace, and love. Truth aligns us with Universal Law. When we are aligned with Universal Law we know exactly what to expect when we think or act. In Universal Law cause and effect is always in balance. Very few think of finding truth as a task in itself. From birth people have been taught what they need to know from parents, teachers, clergy, politicians, and friends. Most of their actions are based on logic that is learned from the people
in their environment. Is the logic based on truth. Most likely it is not. Much of our logic is based on myth.

Myths have served as the accepted truth after being applied over generations. Many have been made into physical law by a consensus. These myths act to mask the absolute truth underlying Universal Law. Most people leave the search for truth to professionals and officials. When these leaders make an announcement about an issue, their followers generally accept it as truth. Too often the acceptance of the announcements as truth is not based on an alignment with a Universal Law, but, rather as an emotional show of support for their leader. Over time, over generations that announcement, whether mere manipulation or truth is accepted as the gospel by the faithful. Many people, therefore, have given up one of their birthrights - to create freedom to grow to a greater awareness about human existence. However, at any time anyone can choose again and decide to seek
and find truth. There are methodologies for finding truth that are free of the influence of others. One methodology is presented in this newsletter.

Methodology: How to Seek and Find Truth

To seek and find truth requires that we communicate within rather than without. When we communicate outside, with other people, truth is always watered down by differing perceptions, consensus, and compromise. People have different understandings. In a perfect world with perfect beings the methodology is very simple. We quiet our mind. We close our eyes. We focus our thoughts within. We ask a question? We let go of the question. We open our eyes and we continue our day’s activity. We observe our surroundings. Over time, we see the answer to our question in some occurrence in our surroundings. We may be directed to a new book. We may hear from a friend. Each question is answered through some sign. Each answer leads us along a path. More questions lead us further down our path. However, to reach a very effective level using this methodology
there is much work that we must do to remove the impediments and obstacles that we have built to block our path. The methods that have been proposed to clear the blockages that restrict our advancement can be divided into Eastern and Western philosophies. Most philosophies are based on the principle that our beliefs, emotions, and thoughts act as filters that obstruct the answers and the truth we seek. They serve as blockages to the energy that would propel us to fulfillment. Our methodology to clear filters is a mix of Eastern Philosophy and Western Philosophy. Eastern Philosophy focuses on the flow of energy in the body. Western Philosophy focuses on the quality of thoughts in the mind created by the beliefs we hold in our minds.

The Eastern Philosophy discusses the flow of earth and spirit energy through the seven charkas. The seven charkas are centers of energy placed along the trunk and head of our bodies with the first chakra at the base of the trunk and the seventh chakra at the top of the head. The chakras are like small waterwheels processing energy in two directions. Earth energy is processed up from the earth through the root chakra to the seventh chakra
and out the top of the head. Spirit energy is processed in through the top of the head, down through the root chakra and out of the body. The energy flows from these to every cell in our minds and bodies. The energy is a healing and nutritional energy that provides all we need. to sustain life. We may increase and direct that energy by meditating and focusing on its passage from the source. How open we are to the energy determines the strength of its flow.

The Western Philosophy discusses the thought process and its impact on the flow of energy in our life’s experience. Our minds act as a filter to the passage of energy. Our minds are much more than the brain and nervous system. The mind is all things. The mind is one and connects each of us and all things to the source of energy. Our beliefs affect our thoughts, and our thoughts affect our feelings. These create filters to the type of energy that we are able to process. To achieve our desires, which are physically represented through positive feelings within us, we must find the beliefs and truths that allow our
desires to manifest. Beliefs that are felt negatively are to be let go through forgiveness of their cause. There is always a very easy check on the quality of thoughts that we are
processing. That check is asking ourselves ‘What is the feeling in my gut?’. If we are processing thoughts that are aiding our true honest desires we have a good feeling in the gut. If we process thoughts that are abetting our true honest desires we have a bad feeling in the gut. When you feel that bad feeling it is a clear signal to examine your current thoughts and change them to positive thoughts.

Too often we make no progress because our thoughts balance each other. For instance, we have a thought about taking a trip to an exotic island. Great! But, then we begin to have thoughts
about the money that we need to take this trip. We begin to think we can not afford the trip. Our feelings turn negative. We have negated the thoughts that would have moved us forward. The trip never happens.

Progress can be made beginning with either the Western Philosophy or with the Eastern Philosophy. In time, practice of one will begin to overlap with the philosophy of the other.
All things are one. All truth leads to the same source. As you clear blockages to the flow of Universal Energy, and as you begin to manifest your desires large and small, your
understanding of the need for truth in your life will grow!

Dreams

When I was a kid sitting in school I can remember looking out the window daydreaming of mountains, and skiing. These were just a few things I dreamed of doing. Over the years the daydreams have continued.

Do you have daydreams. Silly question to be asking
right. But when was the last time you stopped to think
about that daydream. Think right now about how your
life would be if you had the freedom to do whatever
you dreamed of. I am often reminded of the movie
“Cinderella” when Leslie Ann Warren sang the words
“In my own little corner, in my own little chair, I can
be whatever I want to be”.

How about Judy Garland when she was on a quest
to know what life was like outside the farm in “The
Wizard of OZ”. when she sang “Somewhere over the
rainbow, way up high, there’s a land that I dreamed of,
once in a lullaby”

We all have dreams that we hold onto. Pictures of how
we know it can be, that give us the hope that keeps us
moving forward.

Why though do we only dream, and continue to, for 95%
of people, drudge along doing the same thing day in day
out, week in week out, year in year out. My profession
for the last 21 years except for a short break has been
Law Enforcement. I have seen what people do, not only
to themselves to self destruct, but to the ones they care
about most. Frustration and the feeling of futility are like
the constant drip, drip, drip like a kind of daily water torture
without the water.

People drone along day after day on a quest for the week-
End. Two days of a chance physically and mentally to get
away from whatever box that holds them from what they
truly desire.

Its sad to hear what people say when you really stop and
Listen. I recently heard someone say, “Oh, so and so is
having a good day”. Then the person being referred to
said ” I must be nuts” as if its some kind of a sickness
to be happy.

Its been said the average person only stops to think 3 or
4 times in their lifetime. A close family member gets sick,
a disaster like 9/11 happens and for a brief period we stop
and think and say to ourselves, what am I doing. However
in a day or so the shock wears off and they fall hopelessly
back into the safety of the rut.

When you were learning to walk did you just hope right up
and truck across the room, I would venture to say you didn’t.
I would guess you fell, stumbled, got back up. Inch by inch,
step by step, with sore knees and some tears you made it.
Even after your first success you still had to try, but once
you learned you could do it, your little legs could scoot you
across the floor so fast at times, full grown mom had to run
to catch you.

I have great news for you. If this article has sturred you,
and I sincerely hope that it has, I am here to tell you, that
as for your long lost dreams, there is hope. I can hear
you saying, Dave I have tried everything already. This is the
same response I had until the true secret was shared with
me several years ago.

The answer is not in a program, article, tape series, or
hot deal. The answer to your dreams, the places you have
longed to see, time you desire to spend with the ones you
love, freedom to travel, all you truly want I will show you in
the next two paragraphs.

If you are not at home put this article away until you are,
and can follow these instructions to the letter. Trust me, the
life you live and the dreams you hold dear are worth the wait.

If you are I want you to get up right now and walk into your
bathroom. Yes I know, this is a strange place to find the
answer to your dreams but you will see why in just a minute.
Look in the mirror at the person looking back at you. There
is the answer to all that you have ever dreamed of, ITS YOU.
No one knows you like you know you.

I can hear you saying, I’ve tried on my own before and failed.
I’m here to tell you, you can make it, and not just make it, but
You can make it in a big, big way. Everything you need to get
your dreams back is within reach. The tools are all available
to help you. As my friend Jim Rohn says “All the books you
need, all the training you need, all the money you need, all
the classes you need, its all here.

One place you can start is to begin to put the right things
into your mind. We live in a negative world, and you need to
guard against the negative voice. One way you can guard
against them is to eliminate the newspaper and nightly
news. You may be saying “Oh but how will I know what
is going on”. If it is important enough for you to know it
someone will tell you.

To begin with the good things start with your car. The
average American drives 12 thousand miles to and from
work each year. This comes to somewhere between
500 and 1000 hours on the road each year. Turn your car
into a mobile classroom. Bob and Tom in the morning
might be funny, but your future success is no laughing
matter.

Pull the dreams of the past out and blow the dust off
of them. Write them down. Go through some magazines
and cut out pictures that represent what you want and see
for your future. Get started today.

Top 7 Manifesting Mistakes

Those familiar with the Law of Attraction know how straightforward the deliberate creation process is: Like attracts like, so get in vibrational harmony with what you want, and let it in. Seems simple. Yet virtually everyone who practices it runs into at least a few hiccups. Here are the top seven mistakes we make in manifesting our dreams:

1. Focusing on what you DON’T want

Hands down this is the most common mistake my clients make. Seems obvious, and yet it’s a subtle distinction between thinking about what you want versus what you don’t want. Even the word “want” itself can trip you up, as for some people it has a connotation of “lack” or “being without.”

Be aware of the words you use and the images it creates in your mind.

2. Giving attention to the obstacles

Sometimes it seems as if our brains are hard-wired to automatically recount all the reasons we can’t have what we want. This is where you build your brain muscle to get in the habit of refusing to entertain any “facts” or “truths” as to why your desire won’t appear. (With rare exception, there are no hard and fast rules in this Universe other than the ones you believe in.)

Thinking about reasons you won’t get what you want keeps those obstacles strong and powerful. Let go of any thoughts that stand between you and what it is you want.

3. Noticing you still don’t have it

The determining factors in how quickly you receive what you’re asking for are 1) how much you want it and 2) how easily you’re allowing it (a function of wanting and believing). Any time you note your desire still hasn’t appeared, you’re creating resistance which keeps it from showing up. Again, this is focusing on what you don’t want.

Instead, when you find yourself noticing you still don’t have it, know it’s on its way and will soon be here. Remind yourself you’re a master creator who manifests whatever you choose. It’s just a matter of time!

4. Letting limiting beliefs stand in the way

Limiting beliefs can be tricky because we’re usually not consciously aware of them. If you’re doing everything right and still don’t have what you want, it’s time to look at your limiting beliefs.

It’s easy enough to want financial prosperity or the body of a supermodel, but if deep down you think rich people are what’s wrong with this country or that you inherited “fat genes” from mom’s side of the family, you’re holding beliefs contrary to what you’re manifesting. Those beliefs, if strong enough, will keep you from getting what you want.

Do some soul-searching to get a handle on your core beliefs. Just becoming aware of a false belief is often all it takes for it to dissipate. To speed up the process, you can also reprogram yourself with supportive beliefs.

5. Not believing it’s yours

Many of us live in a perpetual state of “wanting.” The key to manifesting is to believe this thing you want is already yours. Live it, breathe it, and feel it as if you already have it. That puts you in vibrational alignment with your desire, allowing it to appear effortlessly.

6. Ignoring your (inspired) call to action

When you’re properly aligned with what you want, you’ll see evidence of it accumulating and may feel inspired to take certain actions. Listen to your intuition, follow your hunches, and take action that feels good. It’s common for overachievers to make themselves busy in taking steps they believe are required to manifest their desire, but only inspired action is helpful. Frantic activity will introduce resistance and slow down the process.

7. Not feeling good

If you’ve got something that consistently brings you down, whether it’s your job, your health, your spouse, etc., you’re running a vibration that makes it difficult for the Universe to deliver good things. One of the best things you can do to get what you want is start taking steps to deliberately feel good.

You’ll be amazed how things come together when you start eliminating what you’re “tolerating” in life and start feeling better. It doesn’t necessarily mean you need to turn your life upside down (although that works too), but you can also choose to change the way you feel about things.

Above all, remember this is fun! Creating what you want is magical, joyful and a huge trip to boot!

Hair Loss From Straighteners or Dyes

Ladies, over-treated hair is the leading cause of hair loss in women. Take a break from hair dyes, perms, relaxers, and the likes. According to the FDA, over the counter dyes and chemical treatments tend to be the highest of all complaints. Are you one of the many people that dyed their hair, only to have it fall out in clumps? You’re not alone. It has happened to many people. Now, what can we do about it?

Stop using relaxers. Whether these products contain lye, or are lye-free, they still do serious damage to you hair. Both products contain chemicals that ‘fry’ your hair. While that may sound harsh, it’s simply the truth. If you must use a relaxer, take precaution. Read the directions and follow them thoroughly. If you have sensitive skin, apply a thin layer of petroleum jelly to the calm to prevent irritation.

Unfortunately, there’s very little you can do to bring your hair back to its natural state. If you’ve noticed thinning and bald patches from excessive hair dying, stop dying your hair! Let your hair heal itself. It will take several weeks before you notice re-growth, unless, of course-you do more damage during the healing process. Then it will take longer. The moral of the story: be good to your hair, and it will heal itself over time.

Carefully comb wet hair, avoid brushes. Do not rush through the combing process. Whipping a comb through your hair pulls on the hair’s follicles. As does eleastic bands or pony tail holders. Remobve them carefully. Do not yank them out of your hair. In addition, do not use curling irons or blow dryers on a regular basis. Especially if you’ve noticed thinning or bald spots. Absolutely need gel or hair spray? Try alcohol-free styling products. The alcohols in gel and spray only makes dry damaged hair more susceptible to further breakage.

Should you decide to dye your hair. Try a semi-permanent hair dye, which will wash out in six to eight weeks. You should ALWAYS avoid metallic hair dyes. These are the culprits for a lot of hair related horror stories. Leave all dyes on for the specified amount of time. If the bottle tells you twenty-five minutes, don’t leave it on for thirty. Those extra five minutes can actually take its toll on your hair, promoting further damage. Always do a strand test to make sure that you’re not allergic to the dye you purchased.

Just a quick disclaimer here, I cannot speak from experience, because I have never had a Botox injection. The reason I’ve never had one is because I consider myself a fairly healthy person. I do not go to the doctor to get drugs unless absolutely necessary, and I don’t take antibiotics either. In fact, when I found out that there were antibiotics in milk, I switched to Organic milk.

I just cannot fathom voluntarily putting poison into my face. Botox is a drug derived from Botulinum Toxin A. - A deadly poison produced by Clostridium Botulinum - the bacterium that causes botulism. What! I want to look good, but I don’t want bacterium in my face!

I prefer to use special anti-aging creams in my search for relief of lines and wrinkles. With a wrinkle cream, I can put it all over my face if I want to; it won’t paralyze my face in that particular area; and if it is not working, I can use something else. (Another thought about Botox - if your natural lines cannot move at all, do you think you might get more lines in other, not so natural areas of your face? - I’m pretty sure that happens!)

I have a friend who is into natural remedies. She puts a piece of tape on the lines between her eyes before she goes to bed at night, trying to diminish that wrinkle line most of us have grown to accept. This works in it’s own small way, but I wouldn’t want to go to bed with tape all over my face (I have lines between my eyes, beside my eyes, on my mouth, etc.) If I stopped smiling I could greatly reduce these lines, but I’m not going to do that either.

The problem with the tape is that it may help you stop frowning while you sleep, but it does not help rejuvenate the skin. You need to incorporate Peptides in an anti wrinkle cream to aid the skins healing process. Have you ever considered the many chemical ingredients that make up your skin care products?

You should get to know your skin and understand what it wants and needs. Once you do, you should begin to use the products and practice the skin care regimens that are best for you. What you put on your skin and how you care for your skin is completely up to you. It is your choice.

Are skin care products truly caring for your skin as we are all made to believe?

You buy into the market of skin care products that promise you the world. It promises you everything it is suppose to do. In the end after trying product after product, if your skin could talk it might be saying “No, Not again, I can’t believe you just put that on me. Leave me alone!” And you find that your symptoms still linger and don’t go away. Even if they do go away, you may need to use the product to keep them away and this costs money…and in the long run, is it really safe for your skin? And is this caring for your skin?

You may purchase these products with little or no education about them or what they are as well as what they will do to your skin. You just know you want to wash your face or maybe you have a symptom you want to make go away. You go out and shop around and you may have no idea what you want to buy. Maybe you heard from someone to buy a product because they said the results were incredible. Or perhaps they heard through a friend that someone had amazing results with the product. After hearing all of this stuff you try it thinking you’ll love it and have the exact same results.

You were told it will make you have flawless and fabulous skin and it will make all your skin symptoms disappear. Sound familiar?

By my very own experience, I was shocked to discover the information I found on the ingredients I was putting on my skin everyday. I am sure what you discover will shock you as well.

I want to break down ingredients into two categories. What is in my opinion safe vs. unsafe, seems simple enough, right?

There are skin care products on the market that are high-risk and low-risk to your health. I want you to learn about these and familiarize yourself with which products are harmful, at high-risk for your health and which products are safe at low-risk for your health. It all depends on what ingredients that are making up the products you are buying.
